Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed with eAuszug, Ahmad EL-Khenany (Einzelfirma) ("eAuszug") via eauszug.ch.

2. Service

On your instruction and with your authorisation, eAuszug orders the debt collection register extract about you from the responsible office and delivers it by email. eAuszug is not an authority; the content of the extract is the sole responsibility of the office.

3. Your obligations

You confirm that your details are true and the ID is yours. Extracts about third parties are excluded.

4. Prices and payment

Prices at the time of order apply, incl. official fee. You pay in advance when ordering via our payment provider Payrexx (TWINT, PostFinance, credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We do not issue invoices and only process orders once payment is received.

5. Delivery time

We usually forward orders the same working day. Issuing depends on the office; delivery times are not binding.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Full refund until the order is forwarded to the office. After that, and if an office cannot issue an extract, we refund the amount minus official fees already incurred, to the original payment method.

7. Liability

eAuszug is liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. To the extent permitted by law, eAuszug is not liable for the content of the extract, delays at the office or consequential damage.

8. Partner offers

Only with separate consent. Contracts are concluded directly with the partner; partners may compensate eAuszug.

9. Law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction.
