Privacy policy

1. Controller

eAuszug, Ahmad EL-Khenany (Einzelfirma), Altwiesenstrasse 346, 8051 Zürich, email info@eauszug.ch.

2. Data we process

  • List and order: name, date of birth, nationality (optional), address, previous places, email, phone (optional), purpose.
  • Orders only: copy of your ID, your electronic signature, the extract issued by the office.
  • Contact form: name, email, message.
  • Technical: IP address in shortened, hashed form to prevent abuse (1 day); hosting server logs.

3. Purpose

We process the data to order the extract on your behalf from the responsible office, deliver it to you and keep you informed. Reminders after 80 days and partner offers only with your consent.

4. Recipients

  • The responsible debt enforcement office.
  • Our host Hostfactory in Switzerland.
  • Payment provider Payrexx AG, Thun, Switzerland (name, email, amount, reference). Card, TWINT and PostFinance details go directly to Payrexx and the payment institutions involved; we never see them.
  • Partners only if you explicitly agreed, and only name and contact details.

We never sell data or pass it to credit agencies.

5. Storage and security

All data and files are stored encrypted on servers in Switzerland and transmitted via HTTPS.

6. Retention

  • ID, signature and extract: 14 days after delivery, at most 30 days after receipt.
  • List entries: 365 days.
  • Order data without files: 730 days; accounting records 10 years.

7. Cookies and tracking

The public website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. Fonts are served from our own server.

8. Your rights

You can request access, correction and deletion and withdraw consent at any time: info@eauszug.ch. You may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
